At Domres Grading, we take pride in providing quality workmanship on every pad we build. We have experience in a wide variety of jobs including:

Bidding

If you would like us to bid on a job, we will need the following:

• Civil Grading and Drainage Plan
• Architectural Set of Plans (Specifically foundation plan, floor plan, and hardscape if available)
• Soils Report (If available)
• Site Subgrade information
• Billing Information (i.e. a business card with your information)

Drop these things by our office or contact us to arrange pickup and we will put together a proposal for you. If you have any questions, you can call our office and talk to an estimator.

Scope of Services

Once we've been awarded your job we will go through the following process to build a superior product:

• Flexible scheduling (We have the manpower, equipment, and material to meet or exceed your reasonable scheduling expectations)
• Lot clearing / debris haul-off
• Over-excavation
• Remove expansive soil as determined by soils report
• Cut and compact onsite fills/cuts
• Crush / screen material to specified size
• Import / export dirt as necessary
• Backfill retaining walls compacted in 6 to 12 inch lifts
• Provide information on spot density testing
• Establish elevation changes, swales, slopes, and retention basins
• Install culvert
• Establish subgrade for driveway
• Detail pad and wash street

Each proposal is job specific. This means that not all of the above items may be included in every proposal. Please be sure to review your proposal carefully and notify Domres Grading if you have any questions or concerns.
